What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team of RFP and proposal project managers, fostering a culture of quality and collaboration
- Optimize resource allocation by aligning assignments with team members’ strengths and expertise
- Oversee the creation and governance of high-quality RFP responses and customer-facing presentations
- Drive continuous improvement through automation and workflow enhancements to elevate output quality
- Collaborate closely with Sales and Client Success teams to ensure alignment and strategic insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS required with 7+ years of experience in proposal management or sales enablement
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Experience with RFP platforms and familiarity with Salesforce
- Proficiency in generative AI tools and experience implementing AI in sales workflows
- Strong project management skills and exceptional communication capabilities
