- Answering questions, guiding & assisting agents with various Medicare sales-related situations

- Valid Health insurance license / ability to obtain
- Proven sales, training & management experience

Job Summary
Experienced Insurance Agent to recruit & manage agents/agencies who sell Medicare plans to eligible prospects. Successful candidates will have the sales knowledge & experience to recruit & coach existing agents in the Medicare space. The goal is to increase the number of selling agents in Berwick's downline, thereby increasing the number of Medicare plan sales annually.
