What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive sales productivity by identifying performance levers and removing friction in the sales lifecycle
- Lead sales enablement initiatives by developing effective training and onboarding programs for customer optimization

- Deliver actionable insights and analytics to guide decision-making and execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Extensive experience in airline pricing, revenue management, sales, or distribution
- Proven experience in product development and Go-To-Market execution
- Experience managing virtual teams with a global market footprint
- Strong background in designing and scaling complex sales processes
- Skilled in CRM optimization to ensure pipeline accuracy and organizational efficiency
