- Design and implement a comprehensive sales enablement strategy that drives productivity and aligns with business goals.
- Develop enablement programs to support new product launches, refine messaging, and address knowledge gaps.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create engaging sales content, including playbooks, buyer personas, and competitive positioning.
- Ensure all resources support consistent and compelling messaging, aligning with brand and product strategy.
- Help drive the selection, implementation, and management of sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., sales automation platforms, data intelligence, scheduling, etc.), ensuring optimal workflows and productivity.
- Use data-driven insights to refine enablement strategies and report outcomes to senior leadership.
- Design and execute events that support business objectives, company culture, and internal communications.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with experience balancing multiple high-stakes events, event platforms, vendors, and budgets.
- Experience collaborating with People & Culture teams to plan and execute internal events such as offsites, company milestones, and employee recognition programs.
- Ability to own post-event analysis, reporting, and recommendations.
- Maintains confidentiality of work-related issues, records, and company information.

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required.
- 8+ years of experience in sales enablement or a similar field.
- 7-10 years of experience in event strategy, planning, and execution, including large-scale external events (e.g., trade shows, conferences) and internal corporate events (e.g., all-hands meetings, employee offsites)
- Demonstrated experience in designing and executing sales enablement programs.
- Demonstrated success delivering both customer-facing and employee-facing events that drive engagement, alignment, and brand affinity.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and a track record of successful cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to tailor messaging for both external stakeholders and internal teams, and influence all organizational levels
- Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, sales automation, data intelligence platforms).
- Experience working in the automotive, B2B SaaS, or retail technology sectors is highly preferred.
The Sales Enablement and Events Director is responsible for equipping our global sales organization with the tools, content, training, and reporting needed to drive new business and revenue expansion, while improving efficiency and decision-making. Additionally, the Director will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of high-impact external and internal events, spanning industry trade shows, customer activations, OEM experiences, and internal team/culture-building events. The position will work closely with the executive team, sales, marketing, and other functions as appropriate to ensure alignment and executional excellence. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and an execution-focused leader, capable of optimizing sales processes, implementing enablement programs, and improving prospect and customer engagement. This candidate will also have deep experience in experiential marketing and employee engagement, capable of delivering exceptional live and virtual experiences that support brand, culture, and revenue.
