What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Maintain a team culture that fosters results, teamwork, accountability, and professional communication
- Lead and manage the team as product and industry subject matter experts to assist the sales team with demos and technical discussions
- Design and deliver product training for sales new hires and existing employees
- Support marketing initiatives by providing product expertise and participating in events
- Collaborate with sales leadership to enhance training and support for under-performing sales account executives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing people, preferably in a training or process improvement environment in a healthcare setting
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Health Care SaaS environment
- Strong leadership, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in PC skills including Salesforce, Tableau, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with stakeholders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Training, Education, Human Resources, Communications, or related field
- Master’s degree preferred
- Proven track record in influencing and building credibility with key stakeholders
