- Drive year-over-year sales growth and expand the influence of Pro Sales in various markets
- Lead a team of sales managers, enhancing their skills and performance through training and support
- Deliver sales results aligned with company objectives by executing B2B sales strategies
- Collaborate with various departments and external partners to meet customer needs and drive growth
- Maintain relationships with key Pro customers and stay informed on industry trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 5-7 years of experience in business-to-business sales
- 5 years of leadership experience
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and develop customer relationships
- Strong communication skills to report performance and trends to senior management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience incorporating e-commerce into sales strategies
- Ability to identify and respond to emerging consumer trends
- Background in home improvement retail
- Additional business-to-business sales experience
