What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet/exceed annual sales targets within the Midwest region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Financial Advisors at Wirehouse and IBD firms
- Deliver engaging presentations and insights on the employer's ETF offerings and model portfolios
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform and enhance sales strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 4+ years of successful outside sales experience in the financial services market
- Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses in good standing
- Strong knowledge of ETFs or mutual funds
- Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Advanced certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CIMA
- Proficiency with CRM tools and financial industry software
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time within the Midwest territory
