What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the acting Director of Sales or Sales Leader at assigned hotel properties during interim periods
- Maintain continuity of sales operations and client relationships during leadership gaps or transitions
- Execute existing sales strategies and develop new plans tailored to each property's needs
- Drive top-line revenue by managing key accounts and leading team efforts
- Collaborate with revenue management and hotel leadership to optimize performance and pricing strategies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred
- 5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience, including experience as a Director of Sales or similar role
- Proven ability to assess a property's sales operations and adapt to various brand standards
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 90% of the time, often on short notice
