What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop educational curricula and training programs for clinical personnel, patients, and employees
- Conduct training sessions for regional sales managers, field management, and marketing personnel
- Create patient education materials to support training conducted by sales staff
- Collaborate with various departments to manage the development of educational materials
- Conduct new hire training sessions on pharmaceutical and dialysis portfolio
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with BSN strongly preferred
- Nephrology certification preferred
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in dialysis and 5+ years in management
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to lead cohesive and productive teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Training/education in adult learning theories
- Experience in organizing and presenting educational programs for nurses/sales force
- PowerPoint skills required
- Ability to prepare and present material/classroom training on pharmaceutical and dialysis product offerings
- Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and organizational skills
