      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and lead a structured sales training program for Residential and Business sales teams
      - Design and implement high-impact training programs including onboarding and leadership development
      - Collaborate with sales and business leaders to ensure training programs meet performance gaps
      - Build and manage a team of sales trainers and instructional designers to deliver effective learning experiences
      - Utilize data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and promote continuous improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Business, Learning & Development, or a related field
      - 7+ years of experience in sales training or learning & development within Residential and Business Sales environments
      - 5+ years of leadership experience managing and developing teams
      - Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and sales methodologies
      - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in the telecommunications industry or similar subscription-based sales environments
      - Certification in sales methodologies, coaching, or instructional design
      - Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
