      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Plan, organize, direct, and coach major market sales staff to meet objectives
      - Teach and train the sales process to maximize the potential of the sales team
      - Report weekly on team sales results for the month and quarter
      - Monitor each salesperson's weekly performance against monthly objectives
      - Handle customer complaints related to the department constructively

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1-4 years of experience in sales management
      - Experience with major account payroll, HR, and time and attendance solutions
      - Extensive knowledge in all aspects of the Major Account Payroll space
      - Proven track record in managing a highly-skilled and results-oriented salesforce
      - Strong leadership qualities with good communication and interpersonal skills
