What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage current Service Cloud and Sales Cloud environments while defining vision and standards for new Salesforce.com solutions
- Lead a team of internal and external Salesforce developers and administrators
- Oversee business and functional analysis, project management, and risk analysis
- Develop and maintain custom data input screens, reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflows
- Lead new projects such as Salesforce Lightning and CPQ rollout, and data migration initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Over 12 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 6 years as a Salesforce lead and architect supporting over 500 users at an enterprise level
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Communities
- Strong knowledge of the Salesforce landscape, architecture, and the force.com platform
- Excellent technical and communication skills to interface directly with stakeholders
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to multitask and lead multiple projects
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Salesforce API integration
- Strong knowledge of Visualforce and Apex fundamentals
- Experience leading teams and solving complex business and systems problems
- Familiarity with the Lightning framework and developer console
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
