- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent degree and/or experience
- 9+ years of engineering or related experience
- Professional Engineer's License
- Experience and connections in the Charlotte, NC market
- Self-motivated, engaged, team-oriented, communicative, and strategic thinker with strong leadership and management skills
- Proven track record of mentoring and coaching
- Energetic, flexible, confident, and forward thinking
- Proven track record of developing existing and new client relationships

As the face of our Charlotte operations, you’ll strengthen existing relationships, develop new business, and guide project delivery.
We already have strong technical and BD support in place; now we need a leader who can sell, inspire, and deliver.
