What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead program design and execution for key accounts
- Manage and develop a small team of high-performing individuals
- Project manage customer onboarding process
- Participate in program scoping during late sales conversations
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional groups on goal setting and progress tracking
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 8 years of experience in a Customer Success role
- At least 2 years of people management experience
- Healthcare experience required; VBC experience preferred
- High EQ and empathy
- Excellent data analysis skills
