      Job Description:

      Position Summary:

      This role will be responsible for leading the talent acquisition center of excellence. Develops and manages the team, processes, and systems that are used to attract, source, and screen talent. Supports the HR Business Partners and business in fulfilling hiring objectives. Establishes, tracks, and manages talent acquisition goals and metrics and reports on them regularly.

      Here’s what you’ll do:

      • Manage the development and execution of the talent acquisition and retention practices that will attract, retain and deploy talent to drive the company strategic business goals.

      • Ensure timely and efficient recruitment services and provide support to business partners and the full lifecycle recruitment process (planning, sourcing, screening and hiring) to identify and acquire the best talent.

      • Manage, develop and implement strategic recruitment and employment programs by identifying best practices in staffing.

      • Continually evaluate opportunities for process improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, effectiveness and experience for hiring managers and candidates.

      • Develop and implement strategies for use of social media within the recruitment processes.

      • Work closely with management to ensure timely understanding of current and future workforce needs and implement improvement to staffing processes including sourcing and selection to ensure that all talent acquisition needs are effectively met.

      • Educate management and HR Business Partners on the recruitment process as necessary.

      • Manage compliance of pre-employment assessment processes including background checks and drug-testing, etc. as well as compliance with OFCCP and maintenance of applicant flow logs in an accurate and timely manner.

      • Oversee the administration and vendor management of the company relocation and background check/drug testing programs.

      • Manage the assigned programs and initiatives; partner with vendors and/or internal departments to address issues as necessary.

      • Manage and oversee the Company's internship program.

      • Establish and oversee the maintenance of staffing metrics and provide regular reports on status of open positions and associated information.

      • Analyze metrics to monitor performance and evaluate talent acquisition processes and tools; recommend and implement changes accordingly.

      • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with vendors and internal department management; manage the use of approved external recruiters, employment agencies, and internet online recruiting sources.

      • Negotiate and select vendor list for all employment needs.

      • Manage diversity recruiting initiatives and programs as driven by Affirmative Action Plans, as well as company military veterans/caregiver hiring initiatives.

      • Provide coaching and education to managers to strengthen management's ability to assess talent.

      • Serve as an internal consultant to business and HR partners in the development of recruitment strategies, procedures and practices.

      • Responsible for department management including staffing, training, performance management and career development of associates, and developing and monitoring department goals.

      • Develop and monitor department budget as required.

      • Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

      Here's what you’ll need:

      • Bachelor's Degree (Required) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHR/SPHR Certification desired.

      • Ten Years progressive ex perience in recruitment leadership, to include developing and implementing recruiting infrastructure, and prior management experience.

      • Experience managing OFCCP compliance preferred.

      • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing staffing policies and procedures with process consistency across a multi-state organization.

      • Advanced knowledge of recruiting best practices, recruiting systems and legal compliance.

      • Five Years supervisory/management experience required.

      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

      • Strong listening, facilitation and influencing skills required, and ability to effectively manage internal and external business relationships.

      • Strong project management, analytical and decision-making skills.

      • Must possess strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities and projects with varying deadlines and diverse stakeholders.

      • Must have strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and on-boarding solutions.

      • Experience with multiple recruiting strategies and sources including social networking sites.

      • Experience with mergers and acquisitions and integration of new business into corporate operations preferred.

      • Ability to travel up to 20%.
