Key Responsibilities Develop and execute AutoNation's talent acquisition strategy, focusing on proactive candidate engagement to cultivate a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates across all departments. Elevate AutoNation's employer brand, particularly within the automotive retail sector, to attract top talent. Assist in leading implementation and go-live of enterprise HCM (Workday) and CRM technologies (Phenom). Gain comprehensive knowledge of our business, market dynamics, competitors, and emerging trends in talent acquisition. Enhance talent acquisition operations by consistently tracking key metrics and implementing strategies to optimize performance. Establish and maintain robust measures to analyze, forecast, and communicate recruitment outcomes and challenges to senior leadership. Continuously improve the candidate and hiring manager experience through lifecycle optimization. Develop, mentor, and lead high-performing talent acquisition teams, providing ongoing feedback and support. Collaborate closely with business leaders to develop proactive hiring plans and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Implement advanced sourcing techniques, leveraging new technologies, university partnerships, referrals, and talent pipelines. Standardize hiring processes across all departments, including the utilization of applicant tracking systems (ATS). Streamline recruitment processes, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers, and facilitating efficient decision-making. Ensure competitive and equitable offer structures to attract top talent. Lead Corporate Talent Acquisition team and executive level recruitment activities. Required Qualifications: Proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on recruitment operations, ideally within a high-volume enterprise or Fortune 500 company. Demonstrated success in managing talent acquisition teams, refining recruitment processes, and implementing strategic initiatives within a large-scale organization, particularly in a retail setting. Proficiency in utilizing ATS systems to track and measure recruitment metrics and outcomes in a complex, enterprise-level environment, with an understanding of high-volume hiring dynamics. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of effectively leading teams in a dispersed setting. Experience in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment with a reputation for operational excellence, managing high-volume recruitment needs while maintaining quality standards. Building and leading TA programs around university relations, executive hiring, and professional networking. Vendor management Advanced proficiency in Excel and data management, particularly in analyzing large datasets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders, including retail management. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving enterprise environment, capable of adapting recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands.
