What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and manage a team of talent acquisition professionals responsible for filling critical field positions in healthcare
- Partner with operational leaders to align on talent acquisition strategies and ensure business needs are met
- Build and develop the talent acquisition department in collaboration with senior leadership and other People Services teams
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition function for a large multi-state geography
- Implement effective recruiting strategies and processes to attract top talent and meet hiring objectives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related area required; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of management experience preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of recruiting and/or related HR experience preferred
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruiting databases strongly preferred
- In-depth knowledge of staffing and recruitment laws and regulations required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of high-volume recruitment experience preferred
- Experience with decentralized and off-site team management preferred
