What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Establish and implement a comprehensive global talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor a global team of talent acquisition professionals, promoting a customer-centric approach
- Oversee global talent acquisition operations, ensuring efficient and compliant processes
- Implement best-in-class candidate selection methodologies to ensure effective hiring decisions
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to develop proactive workforce plans and insights into market trends
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading high-performing global teams of 15+ individuals
- Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition operations, candidate selection, and workforce planning
- Proficiency with modern talent acquisition technology stack (ATS, CRM, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
