- Design and deliver enterprise-level training solutions to enhance leadership and managerial effectiveness.
- Develop and oversee talent development initiatives, including EAH University and other training programs.
- Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify organizational performance improvements.
- Implement strategies to foster a positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics and feedback, and report insights to senior management.
- Build partnerships with external organizations for leadership development and training resources.
- Manage mentorship programs, performance review processes, and rewards initiatives.
- Ensure consistent performance management and effective use of the learning and development budget.
- Participate in health and safety programs and maintain regular attendance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency with Yardi Learning Management System.
- Experience with SuccessFactors or other competency-based systems.

Job Details
As the Director, Talent Development, you will lead EAH Housing's talent development programs, serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, and promote a high-performance culture aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, training, or related field; master's preferred. 8-10 years of experience in talent management or organizational development, with expertise in performance management and employee learning. Extensive experience with learning management systems, preferably Yardi, SuccessFactors, or similar.

Compensation and Benefits
Salary range: $105,000 - $180,000 annually, with the hiring range typically starting at $105,000 - $142,500, DOE. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 403(b) retirement plan with 5% match, generous paid time off, flexible schedules, wellness programs, and professional development opportunities.
