- Work in partnership with the Talent VP to deliver strategic Talent consulting to internal clients with a focus on strategic staff planning and development
- Contribute to the development and implementation of value-added Talent programs such as corporate social responsibility, leadership development programs, performance management, and mentorship
- Oversee all employee relations matters and investigations to minimize organizational risk
- Build effective relationships and provide excellent client service by ensuring a positive employee experience
- Help drive people initiatives focusing on retention, engagement, recognition and talent management
- Partner with the Talent VP and leadership on action plans from employee engagement survey results
- Provide counseling and support on corporate policies and benefit programs
- Advise and respond quickly to management needs regarding general Talent & HR issues
- Partners with Shared Services to ensure operational execution
- Working closely with Publicis Media’s Talent, Engagement, and Inclusion team (TEI) to develop and manage objectives that promote and engage employees in core TEI programming and initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment
- Collaborating with the Talent team, leadership and client teams to implement and support the people and culture strategies, initiatives and programs that effectively support the mission, vision, values, and corporate objectives of our Agency
- Working closely with the Talent VP, leadership, and the Agency to successfully manage the integration of Performics and Collective, ensuring employees remain engaged throughout the journey
- Managing and developing Talent team member(s) ensuring clear objectives and focus areas are communicated, feedback is shared regularly, and opportunities to develop are provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work at all levels of the organization
- Detail-orientated and highly motivated, self-starter, able to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Willing to go that extra mile to deliver high quality output
- Great problem solving skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Candidate must have strong organizational skills
- Education/Knowledge: University Degree or Community college diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent industry experience; Knowledge of general HR practices, policies and pertinent legislation governing employment relations
- Experience managing and/or mentoring team members
- Experience/Skill: 10+ Years in the Human Resources field in a similar role

Publicis Media’s Talent team is seeking a Director to support with driving people initiatives across a wide range of client groups within the Publicis Collective brand. The Director will be responsible for helping to manage the day-to-day Talent function and drive programs and initiatives for around 500+ employees. Not only will you work in lock step with your core Talent team and internal client teams; but you will also work with the broader Publicis Media Talent Team on initiatives to cultivate our unique culture and people practices.
Responsibilities:

Compensation Range: $115,500-181,500 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
