      • Own the learning and development strategy, fostering a culture of continuous growth and capability building.
      • Develop an integrated leadership development approach that supports leaders at every level—from emerging talent to senior executives—aligned to Resideo’s core values and leadership competencies.
      • Design scalable, engaging learning solutions that meet evolving business needs.

      Change Management & Program Leadership

      • Lead cross-functional initiatives that support Resideo’s talent and people priorities, ensuring effective planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment.
      • Manage large-scale, enterprise-wide talent programs with a focus on consistency, quality, and impact.
      • Partner closely with HRBPs and business leaders to translate talent strategy into actionable solutions.

      You Must Have:

      • 10+ years of progressive experience in talent management or organizational development in a global, matrixed organization.
      • Experience in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
      • Experience in program and change management, with a track record of delivering results in complex environments.

      We Value:

      • Experience designing enterprise learning strategies and leadership programs.
      • Familiarity with Oracle HCM or similar HR technology platforms.
      • Skilled at stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and executive-level influence.
