      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with business leaders to identify future growth needs and develop frameworks to address skill gaps
      - Establish and monitor learning and development, technical training, and skill enhancement programs
      - Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance training delivery and learning agility
      - Create strategies to align plasma procurement business training with employee skill development
      - Oversee the mentor program for all staff to foster internal mentorship opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field
      - Minimum of 12 years of combined experience in talent development, HR, and training
      - Excellent communication, facilitation, time management, and performance assessment skills
      - Ability to collaborate with managers and executives to identify stakeholder needs
      - Experience in talent management, talent development, or succession planning

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working with digital learning technologies and programs
      - Proven track record in establishing partnerships for career development and growth
      - Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its training needs
      - Experience in leading organizational change initiatives
