      Title and Summary

      Director, Third Party Risk Management

      Overview

      The Technology Risk Management team are looking for a Director to drive our TPRM strategy forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the risk management, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical.

      Role

      • Develops and implements policies and procedures to minimize risk exposure
      • Supports leadership, leveraging a superior understanding of TPRM processes
      • Manages cross-functional initiatives to deliver on risk goals, policies and procedures
      • Drives preparations for Audit Committee meetings, including reviewing documentation and analysis
      • Advises on local and/or regional business strategies; partners with local teams to optimize risk-related policies
      • May manage preparation of external reporting and oversee internal reporting
      • Analyzing and reporting on the department’s exposure and key risks to senior management
      • Developing risk management solutions for new products

      About You

      • Successfully led complex cross-functional projects, teams or committees
      • Demonstrated success building relationships and delivering results on a key strategic initiative
      • Experience identifying capability gaps and successfully works to coach and build skills within team
      • Exposure to delivering presentations and engaging with senior leadership
      • Experience managing a complex, global risk exposure management infrastructure
      • Experience collaborating cross-functionally to identify and implement best practice risk processes
      • Experience working regionally, creating risk strategies to optimize risk-related policies and ensure compliance
      • Demonstrated successful oversight of the management and resolution of high-risk issues to ensure completeness and efficiency
