      In response to the growing demand for Third Party Risk Management services, we are looking to hire client-facing problem solvers to join our team in Sydney and Melbourne, delivering market leading consultative solutions that make a material impact to our clients, our people and society.

      Our Risk Advisory (RA) team consult on solutions that drive efficiency and risk capability uplift for C-suite leaders, integrating deep risk expertise combined with leading technology and data innovation. We work with our clients to offer insights on the regulation and compliance challenges faced in today’s market across supply, value chains, sustainability, technology, workplace integrity, health, data risk, national security and more. Through Deloitte’s global capability we enhance our client’s capacity to act.

      What will your typical day look like?
      We are looking for a Director with over 10 years’ experience in third party risk management, supply chain resilience, governance frameworks to identify and manage all types of third party risks, experience in assessment of material or critical service providers across multiple risk domains. In this role, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our broader RA strategy, by leading and providing a market voice to relevant and forward-facing issues.
      • Support delivery of a wider range of Third Party Risk Management, while setting your own career path and specialisation
      • Assist our clients by reviewing and implementing Third Party Risk Management frameworks
      • Assess the impact of an existing and new regulations on how third parties are managed
      • Provide a view on automation and management of Third Party Risk using technology and data-enabled solution
      • Drive cross functional collaboration of leverage SME capability across Deloitte to create value and impact for clients
      • Support business development across Risk Advisory in Third Party Risk Management at a national level
      • Support the development of market solutions which are nationally applicable and locally adaptable
      • Build authentic and trusted relationships with our clients and collaborate across other Deloitte business units, with the goal to bringing the best of Deloitte to our clients
      • Working with Senior Management of Australia’s largest iconic organisations, demonstrating value to clients by bringing other Deloitte capabilities to their doorstep when needed

      We are seeking an individual who will be dedicated to assisting Deloitte build its practice and achieve its vision to be the most inspiring firm to work with. You’ll have background in a relevant legal, commercial or consulting environment. You may have all or some of the following skills / experience:
      • Experience in management of Third Party strategy as well as operational risks
      • Understanding of Third Party frameworks, processes, policies and procedures through your exposure in industry or another Big 4 company
      • A Bachelor’s degree in law, commerce, supply chain or equivalent
      • Experience with Third Party lifecycle management i.e. onboarding, contracting, offboarding
      • Exposure to regulatory, assurance or compliance subject matter (e.g. CPS 230, Environmental Regulation, SOCI, etc.)
      • Experience and understanding of Operational Risk Management
      • Experience in management of Third Party events and incidents using GRC frameworks
      • Awareness of transformation and change approaches adopted by an organisation to navigate broad facing market issues such as technology, social value and organisational resilience
      • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders and discuss challenges and surface solutions through co-create discussions
      • Experience in qualitative and quantitative evaluation drawing high-level insights, supporting reports, policy
      • Exposure to business development and fostering good relationships with stakeholders
      • A quality mindset when reviewing or delivering outcomes to clients
      • The awareness to identify of other non-core risk areas including management systems, cyber, governance frameworks and sustainability in order to support our clients in bringing the right RA specialisation to them
