What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead a team of approximately 5 UX researchers, fostering a culture of rigor, trust, and continuous learning
- Develop and implement research operations that enhance quality and efficiency across product teams
- Conduct high-impact research addressing complex and ambiguous questions that inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with Principal Researchers to ensure alignment and share insights across the organization
- Build systems, tools, and processes that enable researchers to work efficiently and effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience managing and developing UX researchers, with a focus on building high-performing teams
- Strong operational mindset with experience in establishing research systems, tools, and processes
- Hands-on experience as a mixed-methods researcher capable of leading complex projects
- Ability to synthesize complex data and present compelling narratives for executive decision-making
- Experience working in continuous discovery environments with empowered product teams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Background in continuous discovery practices or experience with agile product development teams
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in storytelling with data for diverse audiences
- Comfort with navigating ambiguity and shifting responsibilities between coaching and operational improvements
