      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement strategies to identify business opportunities and maximize sales potential
      - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders
      - Analyze market segments and business sources to ensure top-line revenue is maximized
      - Create and present promotional rates and marketing strategies for targeted market segments

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of six (6+) years of experience in proactive direct sales within the FIT/Wholesale market
      - Bachelor's degree in Travel Industry Management, Sales & Marketing, or Business Management preferred or equivalent experience
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Teams, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work well under pressure, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines
