First (Days)Overview:
The Director, ERP Reporting & Analytics Director is responsible for leading the strategy, design, and delivery of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across Human Resources and related functional areas. This role combines strategic planning with hands-on leadership to enhance user experience, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the value of data within the Workday ecosystem.
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Business or related field required.
Experience:
Workday experience 4+ years, preferably working for a large integrated healthcare delivery system.
Leadership experience 3+ years leading a technology team.
