      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage assigned caseload of disability claims for Short Term/Long Term Disability
      - Communicate with claimants, employers, and medical professionals to gather eligibility information
      - Apply contractual provisions and case management resources to ensure accurate liability decisions
      - Provide superior customer service by rendering timely benefit determinations and responding to inquiries
      - Verify ongoing disability and participate in claim reviews with specialized resources to discuss return-to-work opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
      - Minimum of 2 years of STD/LTD claims adjudication experience
      - Knowledge of ERISA regulations, required offsets, and Social Security procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze and implement courses of action
      - Proficiency in computer applications including Excel and web-based systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in TPA or self-administration services
      - Familiarity with FMLA/State leave claims
      - Aptitude for learning medical terminology and interpreting regulations
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Ability to work independently while utilizing various technical resources
