What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding customer needs and expectations
- Respond to a high volume of inquiries from field technicians and call center representatives
- Provide expert advice and solutions through consultative problem resolution
- Support customers with billing inquiries and technical care over the phone
- Educate customers on resolving future billing and technical issues
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Solid work experience, history, and references
- Experience in a fast-paced work environment
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree is a plus
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Experience working in a Windows environment and learning additional programs as needed
