What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive and handle requests for Roadside Assistance from members, ensuring timely follow-up and feedback.
- Dispatch requests to contractors, providing detailed information about the situation and vehicle issues.
- Prioritize requests based on safety, urgency, and other factors to maximize effectiveness.
- Collect and communicate information accurately, keeping members informed about their transactions.
- Build strong relationships with contractors to ensure reliable assistance for members.

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
- Superior active listening skills and the ability to process verbal information effectively.
- Ability to communicate through multiple channels, including phone, email, and live agent chat.
- Technical aptitude with the ability to utilize multiple computer systems simultaneously.
