      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Coordinate, schedule, and ensure delivery of interpretation and captioning services for in-patient and ambulatory settings
      - Communicate effectively and professionally with staff, interpreters, and vendors via various communication platforms
      - Develop new processes and workflows to enhance service delivery
      - Proactively identify patients who may need language services and implement appropriate plans
      - Troubleshoot issues with telephone and computer equipment, ensuring a seamless operational flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Four years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
      - An Associate’s degree or certificate in office occupations or office technology and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
      - A Bachelor’s degree and two years of general office or secretarial experience; OR
      - An equivalent combination of training and experience
      - Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a healthcare setting
      - 2 years of dispatching or PBX operations
      - Bilingual proficiency
      - Knowledge of Epic software
      - Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
