  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Design and build store product displays as directed by the Department Manager
  - Create 20-25 displays per week while adhering to company policies and procedures
  - Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to manage inventory and submit write-offs
  - Develop a monthly calendar planning all displays to be built
  - Ensure all tasks are performed in an honest, ethical, and professional manner
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - Minimum of one year of construction or building experience, or equivalent education and experience
  - Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to safety regulations and policies
  - Experience in woodworking, tile setting, and using power and measuring tools
  - Proficiency in using basic tools (e.g., hammer, nails, T-square, saw, etc.)
  - Ability to exert 30-60 pounds of force occasionally and handle physical tasks
  
  How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  - Additional relevant experience that can substitute for educational requirements
  - Familiarity with inventory management processes
  - Previous experience in a retail environment
  - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
