      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Investigate student complaints by collaborating with various university departments to verify dispute issues and resolve them
      - Prioritize cases based on risk level and ensure swift outreach and resolution
      - Provide professional feedback on case findings to university leadership
      - Evaluate student complaints in light of university policy and compliance standards
      - Analyze complaint trends and recommend changes to processes and policies based on data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
      - Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
      - Proven experience meeting departmental goals
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills with a background in conflict management
      - Knowledge of higher education laws and compliance issues

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in dispute resolution or case management
      - Familiarity with Title IX and ADA/504 regulations
      - Strong technological skills in Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems
      - Demonstrated ability to manage highly confidential and critical cases
