What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the design and development of robust, modular, cloud-native software systems and AI agents
- Integrate external and internal AI/ML components for intelligent automation and user-facing experiences
- Optimize systems and drive continuous improvement
- Identify and address architectural bottlenecks, integration challenges, or scaling limitations across systems
- Champion friction/toil reduction by automating manual processes and improving system developer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 6 years of experience in software engineering or related area, or 8 years of experience in software engineering or related area
- AI/ML experience including GenAI experience within the last 2 years
- Hands-on delivery for quick prototyping and POCs
- Experience working with industry products for GenAI code generation, agent builders, and open-source libraries
- Experience with developer workflows in enterprises with multi-cloud architectures
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or related area and 4 years of experience in software engineering or related area
- Background in creating inclusive digital experiences and knowledge of implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards
- Understanding of accessibility best practices and integration of digital accessibility
