What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive employer trucks to deliver merchandise to distribution and store locations
- Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise for sale
- Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading/moving equipment
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Represent the employer in a professional manner during all interactions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be enrolled in High School or possess a High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license required
- Must be 21 years or older
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to WOW customers
- Availability to work weekends

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in retail or a similar customer service role
- Familiarity with thrift store operations or non-profit environments
- Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
- Knowledge of basic inventory management practices
