      Distribution Planning Lead

      Summary

      Reporting to the VP Supply Chain, the core responsibility of this role is to ensure efficient and effective distribution channels across FGF.

      Primary Responsibilities

      • Build and maintain a strong Distribution Planning team
      • Manage relationships with all 3rd party logistics (3PLs) parts of the FGF network
      • Set up logistic processes and further improve them over time as required
      • Set up a carrier network in collaboration with transportation team
      • Participate in system implementations as needed
      • Coach, train and guide the team responsible for replenishing stock at non default 3PL
      • Coach, train and guide the team responsible for constantly monitoring ERP inventory with 3PL inventory and problem solve as needed

      Required Experience / Required Ingredients:

      • Post-secondary education in Business or Supply Chain
      • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, advanced in Excel
      • ERP experience preferable
