What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Achieve monthly sales budget and manage accurate forecasts for the territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in key customers
- Provide and coordinate technical support and training to customers as needed
- Conduct comprehensive business reviews with customers to ensure sales growth
- Maintain accurate CRM and manage expense reports in a timely manner
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School diploma or equivalent required; BS in Business Administration or applicable degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in Sales required
- Proficiency in CRM, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Solid technical ability and knowledge of Customer Focused Sales (CFS)
- Ability to travel overnight 50% of the time, predominantly by car

- Experience in the light construction industry
- Familiarity with diamond tools and equipment
- Strong understanding of market share dynamics and competitive positioning
