Job Description
- Req#: 33500
- Process Annual and Exception return requests from Distributors in a timely manner
- Train Distributors on the correct processes for submitting and checking the status of return requests as well as ASN management
- Communicate and correct receiving issues between Pierce and Distributors
- Track and manage aging ASNs
- Communicate with Records and Distributors to achieve SIE resolution
- Collaborate with planners related to Distributor returns status and tracking
- Research any returns related issues and work with the appropriate teams to resolve
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree or higher preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in customer interface position with high volume transactions or aptitude to be successful in customer interface role
- Excellent communication skills
- Individual must be self-directed, but also be able to work as a team member
- Strong sense of urgency and drive for results
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Working knowledge of Access database application preferred
