      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain and grow existing business through exceptional service and relationship building
      - Develop new business through targeted sales efforts with end-users and consulting engineers
      - Prepare and conduct effective sales presentations and training programs
      - Collaborate with Product Management and R&D to create innovative customer solutions
      - Utilize sales tools effectively to meet and exceed sales goals

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 3 years in a similar sales position or completion of the employer's District Sales Manager Trainee Program
      - Experience in HVAC or a related technical field
      - Strong organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
      - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and other basic computer skills
