      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and motivate the Sales Pro team to achieve and exceed sales quotas through effective presentations and sales strategies
      - Ensure execution of HQ-directed sales programs and initiatives to drive growth and profitability
      - Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for gross margin expansion and prepare business cases for investment
      - Track sales metrics and prepare reports for senior management to communicate progress and identify areas for improvement
      - Build and maintain relationships with store teams, customers, and executive leadership to achieve success

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma and 2+ years of experience leading a sales team
      - In-depth understanding of basic selling skills and customer relationship management
      - Strong knowledge of automotive operations and systems, or ability to learn quickly
      - Excellent management skills with a strong work ethic and the ability to multitask
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to synthesize information into actionable recommendations

      - Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a relevant discipline
      - Willingness to relocate within the division to support business needs
      - Experience in a sales role within the automotive industry
