      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Mentor the district sales team, guiding them to achieve sales goals and develop customer-specific action plans
      - Utilize resources effectively to meet customer needs while collaborating with cross-functional teams
      - Conduct sales calls and manage vendor relations with customers and prospects in the district
      - Stay informed on competitor and industry activity, integrating relevant data into business strategies
      - Maintain accurate records and reporting for proper management of the district

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a Science or Business field
      - Minimum of 10 years of relevant sales or industry-specific experience, preferably in the lab or healthcare space
      - Strong sales management experience and confirmed leadership abilities
      - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
      - Must pass required vendor credentialing for hospital and lab access
