What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide daily coaching to automotive tool franchisees during scheduled customer route sales calls
- Offer ongoing sales and business management coaching support to distributors
- Analyze business data to guide performance and achieve sales goals
- Recruit and qualify potential franchisee prospects for open territories
- Serve as a liaison between franchisees and corporate departments, ensuring effective communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years of sales management experience
- High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred for advancement
- Valid driver's license and insurance, with the ability to navigate the territory
- Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office; intermediate proficiency preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in field/route sales, automotive tool franchise, or self-employed business ownership
- Ability to lift and carry products/equipment up to 60 lbs.
- Proven track record of strong sales coaching ability
- Highly disciplined and organized self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
