What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and coach a team of sales consultants to achieve district sales targets
- Develop and implement district action plans aligned with business unit strategies
- Foster superior customer experiences by tracking and evaluating execution of customer plans
- Drive innovative thinking and ensure compliance with sales practices
- Manage the district sales budget and oversee recruitment of team members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- University degree
- Minimum of 3-5 years of pharmaceutical or medical sales experience
- At least 5 years of experience leading teams as a sales manager
- Strong analytical skills and experience in strategic territory management
- Must reside within the district and be willing to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in cardiometabolic health (CMH) disease state knowledge
- Bilingual in French and English
- Proven leadership and coaching capabilities
- Familiarity with omni-channel engagement strategies
- Experience in cross-functional roles supporting sales
