      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Achieve and manage the sales budget for the district while adhering to expense guidelines
      - Ensure adequate distributor engagement and support to maintain a robust customer pipeline
      - Provide case coverage, including verbal technical assistance to surgeons and OR personnel
      - Assist in hiring, managing performance, and transitioning sales representatives as needed
      - Develop a pipeline of new surgeon trainees and users in collaboration with the sales force

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required; Master's Degree in Business or similar preferred
      - Minimum of five years of sales experience in orthopedic medical devices, preferably in foot and ankle
      - Two years of sales coaching and development experience leading direct sales teams preferred
      - Comfortable working in an Operating Room environment and instructing surgeons
      - Ability to travel up to 70%, including overnight travel as necessary

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in managing a diverse sales team
      - Familiarity with the Lapiplasty® System or similar orthopedic surgical products
      - Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in previous roles
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with healthcare professionals
      - Experience in conducting training sessions or presentations for medical staff
