      Own the sales, margin, close rate and average ticket performance within assigned market through training, development and performance management of all In-Home sales specialists. Own the recruiting, onboarding, training, development and performance management of In-Home sales team. Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to deliver program performance. Identify opportunities impacting performance within market through data analysis and field time with In-Home sales specialists. Champion customer satisfaction through the validation of PSE and PSI selling behaviors. Partner as needed to address anything impacting the customer experience. Prioritize & protect In-Home focus to ensure that In-Home sales specialist’s activities deliver an exceptional customer experience & profitable sal. Research internal and external factors affecting In-Home sales business. Partner with RSD to support the design and implementation of strategy to maintain and grow market share. Provide individualized feedback regarding towering strengths and targeted development opportunities for all In-Home sales team.
