What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
- 2+ years of relevant experience
- Prior experience in Talent Management, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Diversity and Inclusion
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to plan, problem solve, and make decisions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PHR or SPHR certification
- Experience in the food industry
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
