What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and direct DEIB consulting projects with a focus on health equity and Social Determinants of Health (SDOH)
- Serve as a subject matter expert, educating clients and colleagues on DEIB best practices and market trends
- Build relationships with Health Solutions consultants to drive new business opportunities
- Manage client projects through strong project management skills, including analytics and strategy design
- Collaborate with internal and external resources to identify project development needs in the DEIB area

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 8-10 years of related experience in DEIB, health equity, and SDOH
- Consulting experience is required
- Experience in data analytics and measurement work
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly PowerPoint
- DEIB certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in business development and proposal development
- Previous experience in creating evidence-based DEIB solutions
- Strong project management skills
