What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and implement strategies for Teammate Resource Groups (TRGs) and Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DIBs) initiatives aligned with organizational goals
- Establish and track metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of TRG and DIBs programs
- Collaborate with TRG leaders to amplify activities and promote a culture of inclusion
- Serve as a liaison between TRG leaders and key stakeholders to foster collaboration
- Provide leadership development and facilitation training to TRG leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in program management with a focus on diversity, inclusion, and belonging or teammate engagement
- Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute impactful communication strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience managing Teammate Resource Groups or similar teammate-led initiatives
- Familiarity with DIBs frameworks and leadership development programs
- Proven experience in facilitating and delivering training programs
- Certification in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging or related fields
