What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop, coordinate, and oversee the operational strategy for global patient diversity in assigned therapeutic areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to author and implement the diversity action plan
- Define diversity enrollment goals and implement targeted approaches for diverse participant engagement
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to ensure representation of impacted populations in clinical trials
- Own relevant process and training documents associated with Diversity and Inclusion in Clinical Trials (DICT)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of five plus years (5+) in clinical research development
- Deep understanding of clinical trial design, operations, and patient enrollment
- Proven experience working successfully in a matrix organization
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
