      What you’ll do:

      As a Division Director, Marketing Field Strategy, you are responsible for division-level oversight and leadership of marketing strategies for a defined group of healthcare facilities across several states. The Division Director is an extension of the Health Support Center (HSC) Marketing team and serves as a strategic resource for hospital leaders. The Division Director develops and oversees the execution of marketing strategies for facilities, working collaboratively with all departments to ensure that collateral materials, advertisements, and activities accurately reflect and support LifePoint brand and messaging expectations.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop marketing strategies for hospitals with director and coordinators using data-driven organizational best practices
      • Serve as regional brand manager for LifePoint, ensuring consistency of both hospital and LifePoint brand strategies, with direction from HSC Marketing and Communications
      • Oversee implementation of tactics including website and social media, community events, community newsletter, advertising and sponsorships by facility directors and coordinators
      • Ensure appropriate deployment and use of standardized marketing tools, best practices, and templates
      • Assist with complex, reputation management and community perception challenges
      • Present strategic updates to hospital leadership teams, governing boards and/or JV boards, as needed
      • Makes visits to each market as feasible/appropriate, otherwise establishing ongoing touchpoints with field representatives for alignment

      What you’ll need:

      EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Public Relations or related field)

      EXPERIENCE: Minimum 7 years of related experience. Previous hospitals marketing or communications experience required.
